Dear Principal, staff and teachers, and most of all students,
The San Pedro Art Association would like to thank all that participated in last years event. If you participated last year then you already know what this means to local students! If you didn't take part in last years event, here is a chance to take advantage this memorable artistic opportunity.
Every year we hand select pieces of student art work, pre-kindergarten to high school. Award winning artwork is professionally framed and displayed at Crafted. All accepted artwork was displayed online and some were exhibited unframed at Crafted. Each student was awarded a 150 piece art set, an award ribbon, a Certificate of Recognition from the State Assembly and student membership with SPAA through high school. We also gave out over a $1300 in cash prizes.
Below are the rules and forms for the "2026 SPAA Harbor Wide All-Grades Student Art Competition" in English and Spanish for distribution to the students and teachers plus an additional letter of instruction for teachers, principals, staff and parents.
To print the below information, simply click the link to open the file. Feel free to download. Remember, this competition is FREE for the students. Please help us to get the word out now. We would love to see even more participants than last year! With your help, we can make that happen.
More importantly we need to assure we can contact the students and their parents. Each year we have a small percentage of students that have not filled out entry forms completely. The common missing information is usually contact phone numbers and emails for the student and the parent. Being that this show is virtual again, it is imperative that we receive this vital information when accepting the art work from your students.
If you have any questions or if you need to update any pertinent contact information, please feel free to reply to this email or contact our Competition

Good luck to all participating students!
